- All course bookings / payments which are cancelled more than 10 working days before the booked course dates will be refunded in full to the original payee via Stripe.
- All course bookings / payments which are cancelled less than 10 working days before the booked course dates are subject to a cancellation fee of £200.00 per person. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payee via Stripe.
- Notice of cancellation must be provided to First Inventory by both telephone and email in all cases, without exception.
