Hi All,

I’m Sam, although my Facebook name states other wise.

I was on furlough back in 2020, I was bored at home so I decided to help my brother with his cleaning business. While on the job we kept on bumping into Inventory Clerks and my brother told me to look into it. I was heavily invested into other things and to be fair I couldn’t really be bothered to look into anything new. Anyway few weeks went by and I was cleaning a property in London Greenwich by the o2. I looked out the window and thought wow look how many properties there are here. They are all going to need inventories… I turn to the left and they are building even more!

I jumped in my car to go home got in my phone typed in inventory courses. Stephen’s was the first one that came up. Lucky for him, “Google ads well spent”. I caller him.. he did try to sell it to me but there was no need as I bought the course with in 5 minutes which I think he was pretty shocked by.

The time is now September 2020 I’ve bought the course completed in 2 days and decided to start practicing. My first 8-9 reports were absolutely abysmal and for anyone who knows Stephen’s posh voice you can just imagine him say “no no no no no sammm, you have to do it like this and like that”!

It’s got to December 2020 I hadn’t done much with it and then get a call from work saying I’ll be back in the office March 2021. And I’m thinking wow Sam you’ve done it again learnt all this stuff “starting a new business” but doing nothing with it.

So I decided to make a list of 100 estate agents in London and just called every single one of them. I had a company ask me for a sample report but to be honest with you it wasn’t up to scratch, but that then propelled me to get my butt in hear and get it up to scratch. I didn’t get that company, but with in 2 weeks I had 2 companies…

February 2021 I start looking to hire people on indeed. I get my first job in March I found a lovely lady to go and do the report but she happened yo cancel the night before… and I sat there thinking how on earth can I get people to work for me if I don’t even have a clue my self. So I just thought ok I’ll do it, I did my first ever report for a company… I sent it to Stephen to get his feed back… he’s exact words “Wow Sam this looks like a report me and my wife would put together”. That gave me so much confidence.

From March 1st – March the 12th 2021 I had 6 jobs which I did all my self before I went back to full time work on the 13th of March… this time I had a few good clerks working with me subcontracting working from other companies as well as me.

My first month:

March 24 jobs

April 16 jobs

May 21 jobs

June 21 jobs

July 45 jobs

August 106 jobs

September 111 jobs

I Started March 2021 I left my full time job July 2021

Just to let you know, my full time job was 5 days one week and 6 days the next week.

I’d have 1 day off during the week and if it was my 5 day week I have 1 day off also on the weekend.

And my 6 day week id be working all weekend

My hours 8:30am till 6pm sometimes I get home at 7:30-8:30pm

Weekends finish 5 Saturday 4 on Sunday.

You may be wondering why I am telling you all this, it’s simply because someone reading this I need them to know that this really is possible and you can make a very very very very good living.

I now have 9 companies I work with ranging from having 1 office to over 40 offices. I am hoping to get another 10 this year.

I work for my self, I don’t need to ask my boss to take time off. I’m not stuck in 1 place for 9 hours. I have my weekends and my life and do as I please. One of the first Christmases i treated my self before Christmas and didn’t have to worry about waiting another 6 weeks before I get paid from work in January. But I still work hard and have had to think out the box and do some crazy stuff to get companies.

But that’s what I have achieved.

In regards to Stephen and his wife? I don’t think there is much I need to say except from the fact that he has changed my life. I’ll rephrase that actually I changed my life but Stephen pointed me in the right direction and guided me every single step of the way. The main thing is knowing how to do a report a good report. This guy teaches you the basics and more.. because I’ll be honest it is such a simple job. Yes things come along with it like you do in any business. But genuinely.

Not long after My partner even bought Stephen’s course learned everything she needed to, I took her out with me on some jobs during the summer she has now started her own business locally with in a month got her first company and has already started to receive jobs.

I should have wrote a review a very long time ago but it will be exactly a year next month since I got my first job. So I thought I’d give who ever is reading a good time frame to see what is achievable in such a short amount of time with hard work.

First thing Stephen ever said to me when I started to get things off the ground is “you’ll be surprised how quick things can pick up in this game. A year when you are looking into the future seems really far, but when you look back a year in the past…. It goes so bloody quick.

I have had a few of Stephen’s pupils ring me for some ideas…. To the point where we have created a WhatsApp Group where we just all ping ideas off one another, give advice and spear each other on. People from all diff works of life.. doing this.

To think I had never even heard of an Inevntory Clerk 16 months ago.

So just a recap,

Sep 2020 i bought the course

March 2021 I got my first job

July 2021 I left my full Time job

Ive wrote an essay because I truly am grateful for all the help. And it’s a lot easier to hear it from someone who is doing it rather than you thinking Stephen is try to sell you the course and hopefully you can see I was in the same boat as you.

speaking to stephen while i was enquiring about the industry and course he was incredible helpful and informative

I took the course in October 2019 and it was several months before I could commit to starting up my own business. February 2020 came and it was time to start – maybe bad timing, but who knew what was to come. Anyway, it was too late to turn back so we got marketing straight away during the first lockdown and I can’t emphasise enough how much you need to keep plugging away with the marketing.

We picked up our fist letting agent shortly after starting the marketing and they presented us with a 6 bedroom 15th century farmhouse as our first one – nothing like a challenge. They must have been impressed as they have now been a customer for over a year, giving us all their inventories and checkouts. We have picked up several more along the way, and just this week, following a call with Stephen and some great advice, we have secured a new local customer with 4 branches which is worth over 15K a year.

So, to summarise – I’m really enjoying the world of property inventories and would highly recommend the course as it’s very informative and gives you all the tools you need. You also claim some of your life back as the hours are good and flexible, so more family time. You get to meet some great people and visit some fantastic properties and it’s a low stress environment – what more could you ask for.

UPDATE: June 2018

I’ve been successfully running my business for 2 months since doing this course and just landed a £16,000 job…..no joke!!!

I followed Stephens advice and from only calling and emailing a fraction of my initial marketing list I’m signed up and getting jobs with 5 agencies. Other agencies are trying to book me in but I’m too busy so turning work down.

Most importantly I had a meeting a few weeks ago and accepted to take on their properties for the summer. They sent me over the schedule last week and I agreed to a £16,000 job for July and August. I almost fell off my chair. I’ve had to rope my husband in as there are so many jobs I can’t physically do them all. So he’s happy as he’s earning a good lump for 2 months work. The thought of bringing in £8,000 a month for 2 months is still boggling my mind but I’m very excited. I’ll not have a day off for 23 days straight but it will be worth it for 2 months of my life. It will be long hours but I’m confident I’ll get through it thanks to the knowledge and confidence this course gave me to get started.

This business really does work. There really is the ability to earn as much as you like. I personally didn’t even work that hard to get started as there are so many agencies the work flows as soon as you strike up a relationship/contact with agencies. Stephen is always on hand and helped me with my sample reports and lots of questions that I had in the beginning.

I highly recommend this course if you want to become an inventory clerk as it gives you step by step information on everything you need to know.

I took this course a few weeks ago and it was very informative, interesting and helped me start my business straight away. Everything I needed to know was discussed over the 2 days, it was great. Stephen was very pleasant and the level of help and support after the course has been brilliant.
